ADMISSIONS POLICY

 

The Out of School Club provides places for a total of sixteen places.  The Management Committee will not place any restrictions on admissions unless the number of children for whom a place is sought is likely to exceed this number.  In that event the Management Committee will give priority to:      

 

        1     A completed half termly booking form and full payment (full payment

               secures a booking)

        2     The highest number of attendances requested

        3     The length of time the child has been associated with the Club

 

After receipt of your booking form you will be contacted only if a place is unavailable for your child.

§  Please note – CASUAL bookings are those who do not produce a booking 

    form prior to the next half-term and do not pay in full in advance for the

    full half-term.

 

Places are only accepted for casual bookings when:

 

        1     There is available space.

        2     You give 24 hours notice (except for absolute emergencies at the

               discretion of the Leader).

        3     You telephone the Club or School within 24 hours of your child/ren

               attending.

        4     You send in full casual fee/payment prior to attendance.
