Admissions

Children may begin school at the beginning of the school year (September 1st- August 31st) in which the child reaches his/her fifth birthday. At Whitechapel new starters begin an induction programme in the June or July and the children visit the school one afternoon each week for the second half of the Summer term.  This helps the children to settle into school and ensures they are familiar with both school routines and staff.  As a result they are confident and ready to start full time education in the Autumn term.
