Clay Tiles
The children looked at artwork by the artists Chris Gryder and Mairi Stone. They then went outside to look carefully at natural objects as stimuli for their clay tile designs. After this, they designed and made their tiles using 'slabs' and 'slip' and decorated their tiles with a limited palette.
